Book a quote / site visit.

A 60-minute Auckland site visit, a full written quote for the agreed building work, and clear next steps. We usually send your full quote around three days after the visit. We confirm timing with you at the visit.

The full $75 is credited once to the same job if you proceed before your quote expires. Quotes are usually valid for around six months; the expiry date shown on your quote applies.

With at least 24 hours’ notice, cancel for a full refund or reschedule free. For later cancellations or no-shows, some or all of the fee may be retained to cover reasonable loss from the missed appointment.

Weather-related rescheduling is free. If TrickyBuilds cancels, you can choose a full refund or a new date.
