Our Tiny Home Consultation Package is designed to take you from idea to approved, ready-to-build plans with zero guesswork.

For a one-time fee of $2,500 (fully credited back when you choose TrickyBuilds), we handle everything from concept design and PIM processing to detailed pricing and compliance under the new 2026 consent-free rules.

Stage 1

Discovery & Feasibility

We start with an in-depth consultation to understand your goals, site conditions, and layout preferences.

  • Discussion of the 2026 consent-free conditions and how they apply to your property
