TrickyBuilds is led by Caleb White, an Auckland builder with a hands-on approach to making spaces work.
After leaving school in 2018, Caleb started a building apprenticeship, qualified in 2023 and founded TrickyBuilds. Today the main focus is on design and build, new homes, and outdoor living including decks and fences across Auckland.

Agree the scope
Review the proposed work and pricing before proceeding. Your visit includes a written project summary, with a preliminary estimate where supportable. The $75 is credited to the same job if you proceed within six months.

TrickyBuilds holds public liability and tool insurance. Project-specific insurance is arranged where applicable, depending on the project. We discuss the cover relevant to your agreed scope before work begins.
