Design coordination
Coordinate the architect, engineer and other consultants, track decisions and bring construction input into the design process.
Budget & procurement
Compare scopes, track agreed budgets and allowances, coordinate supplier and contractor proposals, and flag decisions that affect cost.
Programme & trades
Plan the sequence, coordinate the appointed trades and suppliers, and keep access, deliveries and dependencies visible.
Progress & changes
Provide progress updates by email. Record decisions and proposed changes so cost and time implications can be agreed before extra work.
Handover & aftercare
Coordinate the completion walk-through, outstanding items and relevant handover documents, then connect you with Project Support.
Straightforward pricing
$150 + GST / hour
$172.50 per hour including GST.
For separately commissioned project management. We agree the scope, expected hours, reporting arrangements and any spending limits before starting.
Construction, materials, design, engineering, council fees and specialist inspections are separate. Any travel or other expenses are agreed in advance.
Where coordination is included in your TrickyBuilds construction contract, it is covered by that agreement. We do not charge this hourly fee again for the same included work.

Architectural design, engineering, statutory approvals and specialist certification remain with the appropriately appointed professionals. Independent inspections are separately arranged where required.
