Can you estimate an upstairs addition?
Upper-storey work needs structural and access assessment. Choose the complex-site option in the estimator and book a visit for a tailored scope.
Does this include a new bathroom?
No. This is for a dry-space extension. A wet room, kitchen or significant service relocation needs a separate allowance.
Do I need plans first?
You can start with a visit. Detailed pricing follows a sufficiently developed design and an agreed specification.
