02 · Site and feasibility
A 60-minute Auckland visit with a written estimate costs $75 including GST. It helps define the next step. Surveys, engineering, detailed design, consent work and specialist reports are separately scoped where needed. The estimate delivery time is agreed after the visit according to the information required.
03 · Design and decisions
Your architect or designer develops the design with relevant specialist input. Caleb can contribute construction and buildability input. Record selections, responsibilities and fees before commissioning additional work.
04 · Scope and agreement
Agree the specification, price basis, allowances, exclusions, payment arrangements and programme. Discuss how changes are priced and approved. Capacity and start dates are confirmed for the agreed scope.
05 · Construction and email updates
We provide progress updates by email. Agree the update arrangements with Caleb before work begins. Updates can cover work completed, next steps and decisions needed from you. Keep approvals and changes in writing so the project record stays clear.
06 · Handover
Walk through the completed work together, record follow-up items and gather the documents applicable to the scope. These may include product instructions, warranties, records of work and council or trade completion documents.
07 · Care and support
Use the service-specific care guide alongside the instructions for the products installed. Contact Project Support with questions or something needing attention. Assessment and resolution timing depend on the request; we respond within 1 working day.
