How the booking works

1. Choose a one-to-four-hour work window for one builder and describe your job.
2. Pay $86.25 including GST for the first hour through Stripe. Payment confirms the booking.
3. We check the scope and site conditions, then record each worker’s onsite time.
4. You approve additional workers, extra time or materials before we incur the cost.
5. We invoice additional approved time and materials. Your first hour is already paid.

For example, one worker working 1 hour 20 minutes with no unpaid break is billed as two hours: $172.50 including GST in total. After the first hour is paid, $86.25 remains for labour. A one-hour job has no further labour charge.

A work window is an allowance, not a guaranteed completion time. Jobs requiring specialist design, restricted trades, hazardous-material work or major structural repairs need a separately agreed scope.
