Choose a residential visual building inspection for a broader condition report, including for a proposed purchase or sale. Check the listed inclusions and report format before booking. Checking an existing deck or pergola
The $195 including GST Deck & Pergola Visual Condition Report covers up to 60 minutes inspecting one deck and its associated pergola. It records visible condition, connections and exposure concerns in safely accessible areas. Your photographed PDF follows within 3 working days, with an invoice after inspection.
Need approval or certification?
Tell us if a landlord, buyer, insurer or council has requested specific documents. The targeted report does not certify structural capacity, council compliance or weathertightness. An engineer, specialist surveyor or council documentation may be needed. Establish the required scope before paying for a service.
