Is every tiny home consent-free?
No. Requirements depend on the proposal and property. We check the applicable pathway with the relevant professionals before any commitment; this estimator does not determine eligibility.
Does the $75 visit include a full feasibility package?
The $75 visit includes a 60-minute site discussion and a written estimate. A fuller feasibility or design brief, professional input and fees are separately scoped and agreed before work begins.
Does the estimate include delivery?
No. Delivery, site foundations and service connections need an access and site assessment.
Where do you work?
We service Auckland-wide, including West Auckland, the North Shore, Central, East and South Auckland. Travel beyond Auckland is by arrangement; contact Caleb before booking.
Need a fuller feasibility package?
A fuller feasibility or planning brief is scoped separately from the $75 initial visit. Discuss the design input, deliverables and professional fees before committing.
