For your deck, start with the connection to the house, the furniture you want to fit and how people will move through the space.
We can discuss timber or composite boards, the direction of the boards and how steps, edges and any balustrades fit the overall plan. Each item is agreed in the written scope.
New deck or replacement?
New boards do not automatically make an old frame suitable. We assess the supporting structure and access before confirming what can be retained. Deck removal, stairs, elevated structures and significant ground work need their own allowances.

Can we just replace the decking boards?
Possibly, if the supporting structure is suitable. It needs inspection before a board-only price can be confirmed.
Timber or composite?
We can compare appearance, maintenance, product requirements and cost using samples and an agreed specification.
What about a high deck?
Elevated decks and complex access need site-specific design and pricing. Select the complex option rather than relying on the standard range.
