Room size, fixture movement, tiled area and concealed damage matter. The packages assume a typical bathroom up to 6m².
Use these ranges to plan your project. NZD including GST. They are indicative budgets, not quotes.

Is a refresh different from a full renovation?
A refresh retains the core layout and suitable existing elements. A full renovation replaces the room finishes and fixtures with a defined waterproofing and trade scope.
Can the shower or toilet move?
We can assess it, but changing drainage and plumbing may materially affect cost. It is excluded from the range.
Is waterproofing included?
Full-renovation allowances include ordinary waterproofing work within the agreed wet area. The method and required trade documentation are confirmed in the actual scope.
Where do you work?
We service Auckland-wide, including West Auckland, the North Shore, Central, East and South Auckland. Travel beyond Auckland is by arrangement; contact Caleb before booking.
