Does $75 buy the complete report?
No. It pays for an initial site visit. The full inspection and written report are a separate service with an agreed fee and scope.
What should I confirm before ordering?
Confirm the report’s intended use, inspection standard, exclusions, inspector credentials and any lender or insurer requirements before engaging the service.
Can it rule out hidden defects?
No. A visual inspection cannot establish every concealed condition. Specialist or invasive investigations may be needed.
Where do you work?
We service Auckland-wide, including West Auckland, the North Shore, Central, East and South Auckland. Travel beyond Auckland is by arrangement; contact Caleb before booking.
