The initial conversation
Tell Caleb how you want to use the building, where it would go, your budget and what drawings or site information you have. Start with a free enquiry. A 60-minute Auckland site visit with a written estimate is $75 including GST.
When more detailed planning is needed
We can discuss a separately scoped planning brief. Before commissioning it, agree the deliverables, fees, assumptions and who is responsible for each part. Depending on the project, the work may involve a designer, surveyor, engineer or other specialist.
Questions to resolve
- Intended use, layout and specification
- Site access, delivery and construction method
- Foundations, levels and service connections
- Relevant design, council and specialist input
- Whole-project budget, exclusions and next decisions
Keep the scope clear
The initial visit does not purchase a complete design, consent application or feasibility report. Professional reports, design and council costs are separately agreed. No automatic exemption or approval outcome is promised.
