- Send your drawings, current revisions, specification, work package and target dates.
- Agree capacity, price basis, supervision, materials responsibility and the written subcontract.
- Complete site induction, coordinate with your site manager and record progress and approved changes.
- Inspect the completed scope, record any outstanding items and provide the agreed handover information.
PEOPLE & COVER
Ready for your onboarding requirements.
Qualified building experience, LBP builders available for the relevant work, public liability and tool insurance. Project-specific cover is arranged where appropriate. Licence details, insurance evidence and project requirements are confirmed during onboarding; specialist scopes are assessed separately.
