The full photographed report plus an on-site walkthrough and questions. Please arrange to attend the inspection.
All written deliverables are emailed within 3 working days after inspection, excluding applicable public holidays. One dwelling per standard booking. Choose the normal size band using your honest estimate; we honour the fee if the actual size is up to 10% above that band's upper limit.
For example, a 160 m² home is $621.00 for a written report, $517.50 for an on-site explanation and summary, or $869.40 for the full report and walkthrough. The booked price is honoured up to 181.5 m² if the estimate differs at inspection.
