HOW WE WORK
Agree the scope.
Keep the records.
- Confirm the property, work scope, lawful access, payer and spending authority.
- Arrange the appropriate booking or a written quote. Urgent make-safe starts with a phone call.
- Assign the team, review site hazards, record onsite work and seek approval for changes.
- Complete the agreed work, provide relevant records and itemise additional labour and materials.
People, cover and responsibilities
Qualified building experience, LBP builders available for the relevant work, public liability and tool insurance. Project-specific cover is arranged where appropriate. Licence details, insurance evidence and project requirements are confirmed during onboarding; specialist scopes are assessed separately.
We work to the appointing party’s agreed scope and authority. Insurer approval, policy cover, claim acceptance and liability decisions remain with the insurer. We do not claim membership of an insurer’s approved panel.
